Tea Benefits for Hair
Tea in general is rich in polyphenols, vitamin C and E, which offer incredible amounts of anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. Anti-oxidants go after free-radicals that are ultimately responsible for the break down of skin and hair. These tea properties have the ability to protect against the damage caused by UV radiation and other environmental aggressions resulting in healthier skin, scalp and hair.

Additionally, green tea reduces the inflammation in the pores, which is associated with acne. This is beneficial to the scalp as well by eliminating inflammation that can cause irritated and sensitive scalp.
